Osman Ahmad, President

Osman is the founder of tieBridge and has been its President since the company's inception in 2000 and has over twenty years experience in information technology and financial management in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to creating tieBridge Osman was the first CIO for the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority. Previously he served as the CFO to the Transportation Technology Center, Inc. He received his BA and MBA from the University of Chicago and has published in several professional magazines in the area of software engineering and information technology.

 

Mike Hernon, Sr. Vice President

Mike is a noted expert in the strategic adoption of information technology in the public sector, a reputation earned through 20 years working to enhance the relationship between government and its citizens through IT.
Mike served as the first CTO for the District of Columbia. Prior to that he was the CIO for the City of Boston. Mike was named one of the industry's "Super CIOs" by ComputerWorld magazine; and has won a Hammer Award for helping to re-invent the federal government through IT.

 

Dr. Mary Wu, Vice President and CTO

Mary provides methodological guidance and overall thought leadership to tieBridge's information assurance practice. She has over 15 years of experience in developing software and managing large IT projects.

Prior to joining tieBridge, Mary was a Project Director with Renaissance Worldwide, and a Manager with KPMG, and Price-Waterhouse. Mary has a Masters and Doctorate in Computer Science from George Washington University.
