Director, System Separation Program Oversight
Job Overview: The Director, System Separation Program Oversight is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale system separation project centered around a SAP-ECC implementation. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing complex SAP implementations, migrations, and carve-outs, with a strong focus on program management and a deep understanding of SAP (esp ECC 6.0) technologies and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead a cross-functional team of internal and external resources to execute the SAP carve-out program.
- Ensure project delivery is aligned with the company’s objectives and meets all relevant business, technical, and compliance requirements.
- Manage risk and identify potential roadblocks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure that project deliverables are timely, of high quality and meet the needs of the business.
- Communicate regularly with senior management, stakeholders, and project team members to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth integration of systems and processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, and carve-outs.
- Strong experience in program and project management, with a focus on delivering projects on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies and processes, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects, with a focus on delivering projects in a carve-out environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Technical Consultant/Project Manager - OpenText Extended Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
This position is responsible for overall technical oversight and development of an OpenText Extended ECM implementation project. This is a remote position.
The incumbent will oversee an OpenText ECM implementation as the owner’s project manager. The implementation has been contracted to a third party and modules include Opentext ECM, Brava, Microsoft Dynamics Integration, and Microsoft 365 Integration.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall oversight of project schedule, cost, and deliverables.
- Support the development of detailed user requirements for functional implementation
- Quality assurance of contractor deliverables
- Review solution designs proposed by implementation contractor
- Independent testing of delivered solutions
- Responsible for timely delivery of quality program outputs while performing appropriate scope management
- Manage the overall timeline for the program, manage issues and risks, and communicate program status to sponsors and senior leadership
- Serve as the single point of contact for the program and will take projects from original concept through final implementation
- Work with the Program Manager to ensure alignment of project objectives
- Undertake limited scope OpenText development projects on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in OpenText ECM implementation/development environment
- Demonstrable competence in support of ECM implementation
- Strong understanding and experience in project management principles
- BS/BA in CS, management, or related field.

IV&V Project Manager
Working closely with client managers, this position is responsible for managing the IV&V process in designated projects.
Responsibilities include:
- The IV&V Project Manager will perform, delegate and manage the activities of the Independent Validation & Verification (IV&V) team, working closely with the client, contracted vendors and business users to collect and analyze information to ensure requirements and business needs are met
- Primary point of contact for the client; interface with client, vendors, and business users
- Oversee daily activities of the IV&V team including making assignments and maintaining control over the assignments, schedule, and performance of the project team members
- Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable
- Maintain a project schedule and monitor key milestones and deliverables
- Manage and report on project issues
- Perform review / assessment of project deliverables, project work products, and other activities necessary of an effective IV&V team
- Assess project risk and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation strategies applied
- Support tieBridge’s IV&V methodology, process, and implementation guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Medicaid or healthcare payer arena
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing IV&V services for large IT or human services system implementation, integration, or development project
- Minimum 3 years of experience with project testing and evaluation services
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Up to 50% travel to client location after COVID restrictions are lifted
