tieBridge’s quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program integrated with our project management approach provides the ability to track key performance indicators till the project is delivered successfully. The QA/QC program involves developing foundational documents including drafting baseline, quality and ad-hoc audit reports, and regular status reports and briefings. tieBridge will thoroughly document the findings and will develop recommendations for project refinements. The Quality Control Plan (QCP) addresses the following:
- Processes and procedures tieBridge will employ from the commencement of the contract and throughout the life of the contract.
- Methodologies used to achieve and measure the results of continuous improvement throughout the contract period.
The tieBridge QA/QC program defines a comprehensive procedure of audit activities to support quality management, including Project Baseline Audits (PBAs), Project Phase Audits (PHAs), Quality Assurance Audits (QAAs), and Ad-hoc Audits (AHAs). These activities depicted below in the Figure 1-3 offer a planned and systematic means of quality assurance inherited from industry standard Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma methodologies.
